LC Buyers is a service of Lion Crest Solutions LLC, a real estate investment company based in Orlando, Florida. We buy residential property directly from owners.

Using this site or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship. We are not attorneys, real estate brokers or agents, lenders, or a government agency. When we buy a property, we are the buyer. We do not represent you in the sale.

Purchase or assignment

We may purchase a property ourselves or assign our purchase contract to another buyer. We will tell you which before you sign any agreement.

No offer until it’s in writing

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy any specific property. An offer exists only in a written purchase agreement signed by both parties.

No fees

We charge homeowners no fees of any kind. You are always free to get other offers, list with a real estate agent, or talk with an attorney before deciding anything.

No guarantees

We make no promise that we will make an offer on any property, or about the amount or timing of any offer or closing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion Crest Solutions LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
